Role Description
The Marketing Specialist will support marketing activities for GoldenArea Development projects and strengthen brand presence in the Jeddah market.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Jeddah, combining on-site work with work-from-home flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and assist with marketing strategies for residential and commercial properties.
- Coordinate digital and traditional campaigns and prepare promotional materials.
- Support sales teams with marketing assets and manage customer inquiries with customer service.
- Organize events, track campaign performance, and prepare reports for marketing and sales decisions.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information effectively.
- Proficiency in market research and marketing strategy for analyzing trends, target segments, and campaigns.
- Experience in sales and customer service, including lead generation and client inquiry response.
- Knowledge of real estate marketing, property marketing, branding, and competitive analysis.
- Basic digital marketing skills, including social media, email campaigns, CRM tools, and analytics familiarity.
- Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
