Full-time Closing Specialist role based in Jeddah with a hybrid arrangement combining on-site and work-from-home flexibility.
The role manages end-to-end real-estate closing activities and supports accurate, compliant, high-quality transaction execution.
Closing Responsibilities
- Prepare and review closing files, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with escrow agents, lenders, and internal teams on loan terms, disbursements, and closing conditions.
- Track milestones, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records and reporting for each transaction.
- Provide clients and stakeholders with clear guidance, timelines, and transaction status updates.
- Support process improvement initiatives and consistent customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in closings and escrow processes with the ability to manage end-to-end real-estate transactions.
- Experience with loans and related documentation, including reviewing loan terms and coordinating with lenders.
- Excellent communication, customer service, attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with standard office software and transaction management tools; familiarity with real-estate or financial systems is a plus.
- Ability to work reliably, manage time effectively, and operate independently in a hybrid environment.
- Prior experience in real estate, title, banking, or a related field is preferred.
- A relevant diploma or degree in business, finance, or a related discipline is beneficial.
