About the Role

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels
- Collaborate with creative team to develop marketing collateral including print, digital, and video content
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify growth opportunities
- Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies
- Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to execute marketing activities
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing efforts
- Manage all marketing, advertising and promotional activities for Community Engagement team
- Conduct research to understand resident needs through meetings, forums, and surveys
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
- 5 7 years of experience in branding, marketing or communications within a large organization or agency
- Experience in real estate industry is preferred
- Good knowledge of English; Arabic is desired
- Excellent presentation skills and understanding of market research techniques
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics

- Good knowledge of English, Arabic is desired.
- Excellent presentation skills, understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics.
- Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations as well as local customs and protocols.
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM).
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
- Professional certification in marketing (CMP or DMCA) is preferred.
