About the Role
Organon Pharmaceuticals seeks an Associate Brand & Customer Manager (Marketing Specialist) to lead customer-centric business plans for Emgality, Biosimilars, and Viraleze in KSA. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing plans, manage budgets, and monitor market trends.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with META brand leads and cross function teams during execution and tracking of KSA marketing plan
- Support regional marketing plan and its localization according to KSA market dynamics
- Prepare KSA marketing franchise plan and manage implementation and tracking to ensure alignment with KSA strategic objectives
- Forecasting and analytics to support country BCM and country financial and demand planning while ensuring profitable growth
- Identify and monitor competitors and market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect the plan and adapt execution accordingly
- Integrate multi channel marketing approach
- Liaise with key scientific leaders, HCPs and all target stakeholders to observe market needs and trends to adapt planning and execution
- Continuously upgrade technical knowledge and skills to follow new marketing trends and methodologies
- Manage and track promotional budget efficiently to maximize impact

The Position
- The associate Brand & Customer Manager will lead planning & execution of customer centric business plans (Emgality, Biosimilars and Viraleze) in collaboration with internal key stakeholders & cross functions to ensure Organon delivers on its mission & vision in KSA.
Responsibilities
