- Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
- Showcase customer testimonials to strengthen brand credibility.
- Cover and promote events, exhibitions, and brand campaigns online.
- Monitor trends in luxury jewelry and social media to produce relevant content.
- Collaborate with designers, sales and marketing teams to create high-quality visuals.
- Analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and engagement.
- Build and engage with a loyal online community, responding to comments and messages.
- Track competitor activity and implement best practices to enhance the brand’s digital presence.
