Support planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, customer events, and partner programs, including registration, logistics, vendor and shipment coordination, event materials, attendee coordination, and post-event follow-up
Coordinate webinars and virtual events from planning through follow-up, including speaker scheduling, registration pages, promotional communications, platform setup, rehearsals, attendee tracking, and follow-up materials
Support execution of marketing campaigns across email, web, social, and partner channels, including content development, proofreading, scheduling, list management, and performance tracking
Support development and distribution of marketing content, including customer stories, blog posts, social content, presentations, event materials, and newsletters
Maintain and organize sales enablement materials, including presentations, one-pagers, customer proof points, product resources, email templates, and event follow-up content
Coordinate marketing projects, calendars, timelines, approvals, and deliverables across internal teams, external partners, agencies, speakers, and vendors
Partner with sales on pre- and post-event outreach, and support campaign and program reporting, including campaign records, registration and engagement tracking, lead list management and handoffs, and performance results
Support evaluation of new event and sponsorship opportunities based on audience fit and ROI
Support general marketing operations, including CRM data management, asset organization, vendor coordination, promotional inventory, and documenting repeatable processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of marketing, event marketing, or marketing operations experience
Experience owning event logistics and vendor relationships end to end, across in-person and virtual events
Comfortable writing, editing, and proofreading marketing content
Experience with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and project management tools

Preferred Qualifications :

The compensation range for this position is $95,000 to $120,000.
