This position sits within the Marketing & Communications function and is responsible for supporting the planning, development, and execution of marketing programs that promote CBRE's Advisory products and services.
What You’ll Do
Support the development and execution of the annual marketing plan for the Advisory business line across RHQ, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional marketing priorities.
Plan, manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, content, email, PR and event channels.
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google and email marketing channels to increase brand visibility, engagement and lead generation.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness, engagement and ROI.
Support website content management, landing page development and SEO initiatives to enhance online visibility and user experience.
Manage email marketing and lead nurturing activities in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Coordinate the delivery of marketing projects with internal stakeholders, agencies and vendors, ensuring activities are delivered on time, on budget and in line with brand standards.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments, sharing relevant insights with business and marketing stakeholders.
Support the creation of thought leadership content, presentations, case studies, client communications and marketing collateral.
Ensure all marketing materials and communications comply with CBRE Advisory brand standards and corporate guidelines.
Track, measure and report on campaign performance through monthly and quarterly reporting, highlighting key outcomes, learnings and opportunities for improvement.
Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and provide marketing support to help achieve business growth objectives.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience and education will also be considered.
4-6 years of marketing experience, preferably within professional services, real estate, B2B, consulting or corporate environments.
Arabic-speaking preferred
Demonstrated experience developing, executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.
Hands-on experience with social media management, email marketing, content marketing, website management and campaign analytics.
Familiarity with marketing and analytics platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM and marketing automation tools.
Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, communications, events and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
Strong content development and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative tools is advantageous.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple teams and functions.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships across the business.
