City Squares is seeking an experienced **Marketing Manager** to lead and manage the company’s overall marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building complete marketing plans, managing campaigns, and driving customer acquisition and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full marketing strategies and annual marketing plans
- Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Drive customer acquisition and lead generation strategies
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Manage branding, content, and promotional activities
- Coordinate with sales teams to support revenue growth
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
- Lead and guide marketing activities to achieve company objectives
Requirements
- Minimum **5 years of marketing experience**
- Extensive experience in managing **full marketing campaigns and strategies**
- Strong ability to create and execute complete marketing plans
- Proven experience in attracting and acquiring customers
- Strong analytical, planning, and execution skills
- Experience in digital marketing and traditional marketing
