Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior management
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare professional presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes
- Prepare quotations and follow up with clients and suppliers
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and official documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Process and manage transactions through Saudi government platforms
- Maintain accurate filing systems and administrative records
- Perform general office administration and executive support duties
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar role
- Hands on experience using Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher Business, GOSI, Mudad, Balady, and other relevant portals)
- Experience preparing professional presentations and commercial quotations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Available for immediate joining

Compensation
- Pay: SAR 2,995.85 SAR 9,243.26 per month
