Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across retail stores and online channels
- Plan, launch, and optimize PPC and digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Manage paid and organic social media marketing calendars, content strategy, and community engagement
- Own marketplace performance (Amazon.ae, Noon) including listings optimization, advertising, pricing strategy, reviews, and ranking
- Drive retail marketing initiatives including in store promotions, POSM, seasonal campaigns, and trade marketing
- Oversee website/e commerce performance including SEO, conversion rate optimization, merchandising, and landing page strategy
- Manage CRM and email/SMS marketing programs, customer segmentation, loyalty initiatives, and retention campaigns
- Lead brand content and creative direction across digital and retail touchpoints
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using GA4, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and marketplace analytics dashboards
- Manage marketing budgets across channels, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization based on CAC, ROAS, and LTV metrics
- Coordinate with creative, e commerce, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 4–6 years of marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years focused on digital/performance marketing
- Proven expertise in PPC and digital campaign management across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Strong hands on experience with social media marketing strategy and paid social campaign execution
- Demonstrated experience growing brands on e commerce marketplaces (Amazon.ae, Noon, or similar GCC marketplaces)
- Solid understanding of retail marketing — in store promotions, trade marketing, and omnichannel customer journeys
- Working knowledge of SEO, website performance optimization, and CRM/email marketing tools
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, Google Ads/Meta Ads Manager, and marketplace seller dashboards
- Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend for ROAS, CAC, and conversion rate
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Prior experience in retail, FMCG, beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred

Role Overview
- The Marketing Manager – Retail & Online will own end to end marketing strategy and execution across retail and e commerce channels.
- Requires a hands on digital marketing expert with proven command of PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, social media marketing, and marketplace growth.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, Google Ads/Meta Ads Manager, and marketplace seller dashboards.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Creative mindset paired with a data driven approach to decision making.
- Experience running and scaling digital ad campaigns across GCC and international markets is a strong advantage.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 4–6 years of marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years focused on digital/performance marketing.
- Prior experience in retail, FMCG, beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
- Experience working within the UAE/GCC market is strongly preferred.
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or TikTok Ads certifications are an advantage.
