Role Overview
- We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Marketing Manager – Real Estate Developer to lead all marketing activities related to our property development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for real estate development projects.
- Plan and manage end to end marketing campaigns for project launches and sales phases.
- Build and strengthen the brand positioning of Ajmal Estate Developer in the UAE market.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and property portals.
- Coordinate with sales teams and brokerage partners for lead generation and project promotion.
- Manage branding, advertising, and creative direction for all developments.
- Plan and execute property launch events, exhibitions, and investor presentations.
- Create marketing materials including brochures, master plans, presentations, and digital content.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for pricing, positioning, and demand trends.
- Manage PR, media buying, agencies, and external marketing vendors.
- Track campaign performance and prepare detailed reports and insights.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms and projects.
