Role Description

  • The Marketing Manager is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, responsible for shaping and executing HKW Wealth’s marketing strategy across digital and offline channels.
  • Develops and manages marketing campaigns that support brand positioning, lead generation, and client engagement.
  • Plans and publishes content across social media, website, email, and thought leadership formats.
  • Coordinates with advisors and leadership to translate market insights into clear narratives.
  • Manages the marketing calendar, budgets, and performance reporting.
  • Oversees brand consistency, manages external vendors or agencies when needed, organizes client events or briefings.
  • Ensures all communications meet regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Collaborates closely with sales and advisory teams to align marketing activities with business goals and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within real estate, wealth management, or professional services.
  • Strong skills in brand positioning, storytelling, and content development.
  • Hands on experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, website management, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to design and manage client engagement initiatives such as events, briefings, webinars, and targeted campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, including comfort with data, KPIs, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced, detail oriented environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
