Job Description

  • The Marketing Manager plays a key role in delivering WSP’s growth marketing strategy within the Middle East Region.
  • This role is responsible for shaping and deploying marketing plans aligned with WSP’s strategic objectives, brand, and business targets.
  • The Marketing Manager delivers marketing strategies and tactics to ensure brand awareness and business growth in the Middle East, in alignment with WSP’s global brand and global strategic action plan.
  • Through this work, the Marketing Manager actively contributes to the achievement of the marketing team’s objectives: increasing brand awareness and familiarity, supporting business development, work winning and contributing to talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Translate global and regional marketing strategies into locally relevant initiatives for the Middle East market.
  • Shape and deliver marketing initiatives to support regional growth areas as well as work winning strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key sector stakeholders.
  • Regularly report on the performance (ROI) of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications colleagues globally and in corporate services.
  • Ensure all initiatives adhere to established processes, deadlines, and budgets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration, with 8+ years of shaping and deploying B2B or services marketing strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and significant experience in working with senior leadership teams and other key stakeholders.
  • Strong experience in engaging clients through the full marketing mix.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and if possible, also in Arabic).
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing and communication technologies and tools including AI.
  • Experience in a global engineering consulting or similar environment is an asset.
  • Ability to work autonomously and lead projects with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent project management skills and business acumen, and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams and senior leaders.
  • Creative and innovative thinker – you are responsive to the marketing industry changes and are constantly adapting to the evolving channels, tactics and opportunities.
  • Strong interest in developing knowledge of current marketplace trends.
  • Based/ located in the Middle East (KSA or UAE).
