- Develop and execute marketing strategies for all three brands
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
- Create engaging content and coordinate with designers, photographers, and influencers
- Monitor digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with recommendations
- Build partnerships with influencers, local businesses, and media
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Manage the marketing budget and maximize ROI
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of marketing experience (beauty, retail, hospitality, or F&B experience is preferred)
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising
- Experience with content planning, branding, and campaign management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is an advantage

Job Overview
