Role Overview

  • We are seeking a dynamic, hands on Marketing Manager to support marketing activities across a diverse portfolio spanning hospitality, real estate, lifestyle experiences, and destination marketing.

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and commercial goals.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop initiatives that support revenue generation, occupancy, lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities, partnerships, and promotional initiatives.

Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, events, partnerships, exhibitions, and offline channels.
  • Manage campaign timelines from concept through execution while ensuring projects are delivered on time.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance using data driven insights.
  • Coordinate campaign assets and messaging across multiple business units.

Events, Exhibitions & Operations

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute hotel events, festivals, exhibitions, property launches, trade shows, roadshows, and promotional activations.
  • Manage end to end exhibition planning including stand design, branding, production, logistics, promotional materials, supplier coordination, staffing, and on site execution.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Revenue, F&B, Engineering, Entertainment, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee event timelines, budgets, branding, vendor management, and production schedules.
  • Attend major events and exhibitions to oversee execution and resolve operational challenges.
  • Support day to day operational marketing requirements across hospitality and real estate business units.
  • Measure event success through ROI, lead generation, attendance, and post event reporting.

Brand Management

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints.
  • Oversee branding, signage, brochures, presentations, sales collateral, and digital assets.
  • Coordinate creative development with designers, photographers, videographers, printers, agencies, and production companies.
  • Conduct regular property walkthroughs to maintain brand standards.

Digital Marketing, Social Media & Influencer Marketing

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple brands and platforms.
  • Create and manage monthly social media content calendars aligned with campaigns and commercial priorities.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, content production, and creative asset development.
  • Manage day to day publishing, scheduling, and content coordination.
  • Oversee community management including comments, messages, reviews, and customer enquiries.
  • Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, media partners, and brand ambassadors.
  • Monitor analytics across social and influencer campaigns and recommend improvements.
  • Stay current with digital marketing, influencer, and social media trends.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and support the marketing team.
  • Manage agencies, freelancers, suppliers, photographers, videographers, production partners, and influencer agencies.
  • Promote collaboration, accountability, and high quality execution.

Cross functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Revenue, Hospitality Operations, Real Estate, Commercial, Reservations, F&B, and other departments.
  • Support commercial initiatives through tactical marketing campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Budget Management

  • Manage marketing budgets and supplier costs.
  • Ensure effective allocation of resources and maximize return on investment.

Performance & Reporting

  • Define marketing KPIs across campaigns, digital marketing, events, exhibitions, social media, influencer marketing, lead generation, and brand performance.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations.
  • Use analytics to drive continuous improvement.
