- Conduct risk based internal audits of construction projects, hospitality operations, and corporate functions
- Review project costs, procurement, contracts, budgets, and payment processes
- Audit revenue, inventory, cash handling, payroll, and operational controls within hospitality businesses
- Assess compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal control procedures
- Identify control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare audit reports and follow up on implementation of recommendations
Requirements
- CA or ACCA qualification (mandatory)
- 5+ years of internal audit experience covering construction projects, hospitality, and corporate audits
- Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, compliance, and financial reporting
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel daily to project sites, including a 20 minute boat transfer to the World Islands
