About the role
SRJ REAL ESTATE L.L.C is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager focused on performance marketing and lead generation.
The role supports property sales and investment lead generation across the Dubai and UAE real estate market.
The position is hands-on and covers campaign planning, launch, management, analysis, and scaling.
Performance marketing and lead generation
- Develop lead-generation campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage campaign strategy, audience research, setup, optimization, reporting, and scaling.
- Generate qualified property buyer and investor leads across multiple customer segments.
- Test audiences, creatives, ad copy, landing pages, offers, and campaign structures.
- Develop retargeting and remarketing campaigns and identify additional lead-generation channels.
Advertising platforms
- Manage Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising, including lead, conversion, traffic, and retargeting objectives.
- Build and optimize custom, lookalike, retargeting, and segmented audiences.
- Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, remarketing, bidding, keywords, budgets, and conversion tracking.
