Role Description
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote SRJ REAL ESTATE L.L.C’s property listings, investment services, and brand presence across online channels.
- Manage social media accounts, create and optimize content, and run paid campaigns.
- Coordinate lead generation activities to attract qualified buyers and investors.
- Analyze web and campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
- Recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with sales and advisory teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and market trends.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and General Marketing, with the ability to plan and execute integrated online campaigns for more than 3 year's experience.
- Experience in Social Media Marketing across major platforms, including content creation, community management, and paid advertising.
- Proficiency in qualified Lead Generation techniques, including funnel building, campaign optimization, and nurturing prospects.
- Knowledge of Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta social media insights) to track performance and optimize campaigns.
- Good understanding of the real estate market in Dubai or willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, landing pages.
