Role Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment of experienced and motivated commission-based real estate agents in Dubai.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, recruitment networks, referrals, and industry contacts.
• Work with management to understand manpower requirements and recruit agents aligned with company targets and culture.
• Develop and update HR policies in line with UAE labor laws and manage compliance requirements.
• Manage payroll, benefits administration, HRIS or HR software, and accurate HR documentation.
• Support leadership with workforce planning, training and development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle disciplinary procedures, conflict resolution, and employee relations matters.
• Collaborate with management to strengthen organizational culture, staff retention, and employee growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR policies, compliance requirements, and local-market best practices.
• Experience with payroll, benefits administration, HRIS or HR software, and accurate HR documentation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to design and implement training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• HR certifications such as CIPD or SHRM are advantageous.
• Previous HR management experience in real estate or a related UAE industry is preferred.
