- Create and implement an integrated marketing strategy for the construction portfolio
- Use the full marketing mix to promote exhibitions and workshops
- Identify target universe and key segments
- Develop personas, value propositions, and messaging
- Develop and deliver Content Calendar through relevant channels
- Ensure show websites are up to date
- Strategic database build and data governance
- Copy write and proof all marketing materials
- Update and adhere to agreed marketing budget
- Analyse and report campaign performance
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years’ experience in exhibitions marketing
- Demonstrable experience in marketing
- Ability and willingness to travel for business and events
- BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
- Up to date with latest trends in 360 marketing and measurement

Job Purpose & Context
- To design and deliver successful marketing campaigns for exhibitions, conferences, awards, and digital products in line with agreed KPIs.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Create and implement an integrated marketing strategy for the construction portfolio
- Use the full marketing mix to promote the exhibition and workshops
- Identify the target universe and key segments
- Develop personas, value propositions, and messaging for each key segment
- Develop and deliver Content Calendar through relevant channels
- Ensure show websites are fully up to date
- Strategic database build
- Work with internal teams for data governance
- Use all media tools such as social platforms
- Copy write and proof all marketing materials
- Update and adhere to agreed marketing budget
- Analyse and report campaign performance
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills
- Minimum 3 5 years’ experience in exhibitions marketing is a must
- Demonstrable experience in marketing
- Ability and willingness to travel for business and events
- Experience with Adestra, PowerBI, SalesForce, Google Analytics is a plus
- Up to date with latest trends in 360 marketing and measurement
- BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
