Role Overview
Lead UAE and KSA marketing operations and shape the company’s marketing vision to drive GCC growth.
The role covers brand building, digital strategy, B2B marketing, communications, events, and regional travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- Strengthen GCC brand visibility through integrated digital, PR, and media campaigns.
- Oversee social media, SEO, website, and content marketing to drive inbound leads and online growth.
- Manage corporate communications, brochures, case studies, newsletters, and sales collateral.
- Lead trade shows, exhibitions, sponsorships, and award submissions.
- Support Sales and Business Development teams with proposals, tenders, bids, and client presentations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends.
- Build and mentor a marketing team and manage agencies, media partners, and designers.
- Negotiate co-marketing campaigns and sponsorships with OEMs, suppliers, and strategic partners.
- Track KPIs and ROI for marketing activities and develop thought leadership content.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to support talent attraction and the company’s employer reputation.
