- Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
- Generate quality buyer, seller, landlord, and investor leads through digital marketing initiatives
- Create engaging content including reels, videos, property promotions, and advertisements
- Manage online advertising campaigns and monitor performance metrics
- Capture property photos and videos for marketing purposes
- Visit properties, events, exhibitions, and client locations as required
- Conduct market research and identify new lead generation opportunities
- Support company branding and promotional activities
Requirements
- Previous experience in Real Estate Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Lead Generation
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
- Excellent communication and content creation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve lead generation targets
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
