About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and ambitious professional to become a key representative of our company.

This is a client-facing role for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, solving problems, and creating opportunities for business growth.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with strong networking abilities, a proactive mindset, and a passion for building brand awareness.

Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or real estate is highly valued.

Leadership & Company Representation

  • Represent the company in meetings, networking events, conferences, exhibitions, and business discussions.
  • Act as the primary public face of the company across online and offline platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.
  • Communicate the company's vision, values, services, and business objectives effectively.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Strengthen the company's visibility, credibility, and reputation in the market.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach.

Brand Building & Marketing

  • Help increase brand awareness through strategic marketing and relationship-building initiatives.
  • Oversee and contribute to company communications and public messaging.
  • Participate in content creation, interviews, client success stories, and promotional campaigns.
  • Support the development of the company's personal and corporate brand.
  • Assist in maintaining an active and professional presence across social media platforms.
  • Generate creative ideas to improve brand engagement and audience reach.

Business Development & Client Relations

  • Engage with prospective clients and convert opportunities into business relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Address challenges quickly and professionally while maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and services.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, outgoing personality with strong networking abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer relations, or a client-facing role.
  • Social media presence and personal branding experience are required .
  • Real estate industry experience is a strong plus.
  • Professional appearance and ability to represent the company at a senior level.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a bonus.
