Role Overview
Symbiosis Medical Centre is seeking a Social Media and Marketing Intern to build its Instagram and broader social presence.
The intern will own social pages, grow the clinic brand organically, and work directly with the Director of Business Development.
About the Clinic
Symbiosis Medical Centre is a family-run boutique clinic in Dubai Silicon Oasis with doctors, dentists, physiotherapists, and front-desk staff.
The clinic has operated for 15 years and is opening new specialist clinics.
What You Will Do
- Build and run the content strategy and calendar.
- Find stories from clinic staff and turn them into engaging content.
- Shoot content in-house with the marketing manager and brief the video editor.
- Promote family memberships and patient packages appropriately.
- Manage Instagram and Facebook messages, comments, and lead forms.
- Respond promptly to enquiries and help get people booked.
- Track reach, enquiries, bookings, and patients generated.
- Learn Dubai Health Authority medical-content rules and use the medical approval process.
