The Treatment Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role at Symbiosis Medical Centre in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
This is a new clinic-floor role focused on patient conversations, service recommendations, and appointment conversion.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients on the clinic floor and understand what they need.
- Explain relevant dentistry, preventative health checks, physiotherapy, or membership plans.
- Answer patient questions and book appropriate services or appointments.
- Handle enquiries through WhatsApp and phone and follow them through to booked and attended appointments.
- Work the existing patient database to bring people back for check-ups and preventative care.
- Report to the Business Director and work alongside the marketing lead.
Qualifications
- Two or more years of face-to-face sales experience are required.
- Experience in dentistry, aesthetics, optical care, hearing care, or premium retail is preferred.
- Candidates should have a track record of converting enquiries into booked and attended appointments.
- Candidates must be comfortable discussing price, handling objections, and asking for a decision.
- Candidates must be able to manage their own follow-up without being chased.
- Candidates must be comfortable using a laptop, clinic system, and WhatsApp for patient communication.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a strong advantage.
Workplace and role boundaries
- The role is based on the clinic floor rather than behind a counter.
- The reception team handles insurance, billing, and the appointment book; these are not the Treatment Coordinator's responsibilities.
