The Patient Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
Manage patient flow and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience from arrival to departure.
Support efficient front-desk operations and high standards of patient service.
Patient coordination
- Greet patients and manage receptionist duties at the front desk.
- Answer phone calls and handle patient inquiries professionally.
- Schedule appointments, manage bookings and patient check-in, and maintain accurate information.
- Manage follow-up reminders and support patients throughout their visit.
Clinical and administrative support
- Coordinate with clinical staff and help patients understand procedures and next steps.
- Use appropriate medical terminology when relaying information.
- Collect and update patient information and support administrative processes.
- Maintain efficient front-desk operations and high standards of patient service.
Required qualifications
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are required to interact professionally with patients and staff.
- Appointment scheduling and receptionist skills are required for bookings, patient check-in, and front-desk operations.
- Basic medical terminology knowledge is required for clinical coordination.
- Organizational and time-management skills are required to manage multiple tasks and accurate patient records.
- Customer-service skills and a patient-focused mindset are required.
Systems and education
- Proficiency with office software and clinic management systems is required.
- Prior experience in a medical or clinical setting is advantageous.
- At least a high school diploma is required.
- Further education or certification in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred.
