Responsibilities
- Develop creative artwork and layouts maintaining consistent corporate identity across all communication channels
- Design and produce professional marketing materials for digital and print platforms (advertisements, brochures, banners, posters, flyers, letterheads, business cards, newsletters)
- Assist in the design and production of product catalogues
- Create engaging visual content for social media platforms and contribute ideas for content planning and scheduling
- Ensure social media channels remain current, visually appealing, and aligned with marketing objectives
- Maintain and update corporate websites for the company and associated businesses
- Monitor website performance and analytics, providing reports and recommendations to the Group Marketing Director
- Design and distribute email marketing campaigns to customers and business partners
- Support wider marketing initiatives and campaigns as required by the department
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, Multimedia, or related field
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in a similar graphic design or marketing role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects or Premier)
- Experience in managing and updating business websites
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, email marketing campaigns, and online content creation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail

Role Summary
- The Marketing Executive – Graphics is responsible for creating high quality visual content and marketing materials that support the company’s branding, communication, and promotional activities.
- The role includes designing artwork for both digital and print platforms, maintaining company websites and social media channels, and supporting marketing campaigns across the Hi Force group and associated companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative artwork and layouts that maintain a consistent corporate identity across all communication channels.
- Design and produce professional marketing materials for both digital and print platforms, including advertisements, brochures, banners, posters, flyers, letterheads, business cards and newsletters.
- Assist in the design and production of product catalogues.
- Create engaging visual content for social media platforms and contribute ideas for content planning and scheduling.
- Ensure social media channels remain current, visually appealing, and aligned with marketing objectives.
- Maintain and update corporate websites for the company and associated businesses, ensuring content remains accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
- Monitor website performance and analytics, providing reports and recommendations for improvements to the Group Marketing Director.
- Design and distribute email marketing campaigns to customers and business partners.
- Support wider marketing initiatives and campaigns as required by the department.
- Ensure all work complies with company policies, branding guidelines, Health & Safety regulations, and Quality & Environmental standards.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management related to the role.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in a similar graphic design or marketing role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects or Premier.
- Experience in managing and updating business websites.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, email marketing campaigns, and online content creation.
- Strong creative skills with a keen eye for design, layout, and branding consistency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
