Role Overview
OmniVAI is an AI-native creative studio and SaaS company producing cinematic AI films and campaigns for brands across MENA.
The role is responsible for making OmniVAI's work visible and putting it in front of relevant prospects.
What You Will Do
- Build targeted prospect lists of brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers across the GCC.
- Write and send outbound email campaigns with sequences, follow-ups, and meeting-booking objectives.
- Turn finished projects into case studies that support sales.
- Build and maintain the credentials deck and proposal templates.
- Own the LinkedIn and social media presence with consistent, high-quality, on-brand content.
- Track RFPs and tenders, prepare submissions, and follow up.
- Keep the CRM clean so opportunities do not go cold.
What We Are Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, agency work, or business development support.
- Real experience running cold email outreach and understanding what generates replies.
- Comfort with outreach and CRM tools such as Apollo, Lemlist, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Understanding of email deliverability basics.
- Strong writing ability in English and Arabic.
- Ability to build a polished deck without waiting for a designer.
- Organised and self-driven approach.
- Interest in AI production is essential.
- Based in the UAE.

- The role is on-site in Dubai.
