Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance of The KAF’s brand identity, tone of voice, and market positioning
- Execute the annual marketing calendar, including seasonal campaigns, product launches, and key brand initiatives
- Coordinate with creative, content, performance marketing, and CRM teams to ensure timely campaign delivery
- Coordinate daily activities with PR agencies, ensuring accurate and timely communication of campaigns
- Execute influencer campaigns from sourcing and onboarding to briefing, content approvals, and performance tracking
- Support the planning and execution of brand partnerships and collaboration projects
- Track and analyze campaign performance across social media, PR, influencer marketing, events, and brand initiatives
- Maintain reporting dashboards and provide actionable insights and recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in brand marketing, communications, PR, or a similar role
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with influencers, agencies, and cross functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting and performance tracking
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- The KAF is seeking a creative, organized, and results driven Brand Marketing Executive to support our Marketing, Social Media, and Communications Department.
- This role will play a key part in executing brand initiatives, marketing campaigns, PR activities, influencer collaborations, and performance reporting to strengthen The KAF's presence across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance of The KAF’s brand identity, tone of voice, and market positioning.
- Ensure all marketing and communication materials align with established brand guidelines.
- Execute the annual marketing calendar, including seasonal campaigns, product launches, and key brand initiatives.
- Coordinate with creative, content, performance marketing, and CRM teams to ensure timely campaign delivery and achievement of objectives.
- Coordinate daily activities with PR agencies, ensuring accurate and timely communication of campaigns, product updates, and brand messaging.
- Support media outreach, product seeding, coverage tracking, and reporting.
- Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and industry stakeholders.
- Execute influencer campaigns from sourcing and onboarding to briefing, content approvals, campaign coordination, and performance tracking.
- Maintain influencer databases and support relationship management with creators and agencies.
- Support the planning and execution of brand partnerships and collaboration projects.
- Track and analyze campaign performance across social media, PR, influencer marketing, events, and brand initiatives.
- Maintain reporting dashboards and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve future marketing activities.
Requirements
