- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and other online platforms
- Create engaging content for social media, including posts, reels, and property promotions
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to generate quality real estate leads
- Upload and maintain property listings on real estate portals
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers for marketing content
- Use AI tools such as Claude AI or ChatGPT to create marketing copy and campaign ideas
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Support project launches, open houses, and promotional events
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate experience preferred)
- Hands on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude AI or ChatGPT
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment

- GCC Real Estate is looking for a creative and results oriented Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. If you have experience in digital marketing, social media, and lead generation, and you're passionate about the real estate industry, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and other online platforms.
