Responsibilities
- Develop and manage high performing digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and property portals
- Expertly manage Meta lead generation campaigns to deliver high quality real estate leads
- Utilize Claude AI and other AI tools to improve marketing performance, content creation, and campaign automation
- Drive brand awareness, online visibility, and lead generation
- Oversee content creation, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and digital branding
- Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing team to achieve business objectives
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize ROI, and manage marketing budgets
- Coordinate with sales and creative teams to maximize campaign success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 1 2 years of digital marketing experience
- Proven expertise in Meta Ads lead generation
- Hands on experience with Claude AI and other AI powered marketing tools
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO/SEM, CRM systems, and analytics
- Experience managing a marketing team and handling multiple projects
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills

Overview
- Hiring: Marketing Manager – Digital Strategies (Real Estate) Meta Lead Expert
- Location: Business Bay, Dubai
- Salary: AED 4,500 – 5,000 + Quarterly Performance Bonus + Commission
- Work Location: In Person Business Bay
