Job Overview

  • We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant cum Receptionist to support our real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage property listings on Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, and company databases.
  • Schedule appointments, property viewings, meetings, and developer events.
  • Assist agents with administrative, marketing, and documentation requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain contracts, agreements, and property records.
  • Welcome visitors, answer calls, and handle client inquiries professionally.
  • Manage office supplies, filing systems, correspondence, and daily office operations.
  • Maintain attendance records, leave applications, and company expense records.
  • Assist HR with recruitment, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of administrative or receptionist experience (real estate experience preferred).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and property portals.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Professional and customer focused attitude.

Compensation

  • Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
