- Schedule appointments, property viewings, meetings, and developer events
- Assist agents with administrative, marketing, and documentation requirements
- Prepare and maintain contracts, agreements, and property records
- Welcome visitors, answer calls, and handle client inquiries professionally
- Manage office supplies, filing systems, correspondence, and daily office operations
- Maintain attendance records, leave applications, and company expense records
- Assist HR with recruitment, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
Requirements
- 1–2 years of administrative or receptionist experience (real estate experience preferred)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and property portals
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Professional and customer focused attitude

Job Overview
