Position Summary
- Marketing Coordinator (UAE National) with social media experience to promote brand awareness.
- Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
- Communicate with potential owners via telephone to set up preview package sales/tours.
- Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
- Communicate with potential owners via telephone to set up preview package sales/tours.
- Explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation.
- Verify eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours.
- Determine and give complimentaries to guests as gifts.
- Perform general office duties: filing, sending emails, typing, faxing.
- Receive, record, and relay messages accurately.
- Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, and motivating employees.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No license or certification required.
