Role Description
This is a part-time remote Marketing Coordinator role supporting marketing initiatives that promote the employer and its services.
The role suits individuals who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively through remote channels.
Marketing Activities
- Coordinate and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Assist with content development for social media and email.
- Support planning and promotion of online events and webinars.
- Maintain marketing calendars.
Reporting and Collaboration
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent messaging.
- Assist with sales support materials and client engagement activities.
Project Coordination
- Manage small projects and tasks from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate multiple marketing initiatives while working independently in a remote environment.
Core Qualifications
- Strong communication and writing skills for marketing materials and stakeholder collaboration.
- Sales-related skills, including basic lead follow-up and marketing support for client engagement.
- Event planning skills for virtual events, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Project management skills to organize tasks, timelines, and multiple initiatives.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate remotely.
Beneficial Qualifications
