Role Description
The Coordinator of Volunteers is a part-time remote role supporting volunteer activities aligned with community and outreach initiatives.
The coordinator recruits, onboards, schedules, trains, and supports volunteers while coordinating engagement and tracking impact.

Core Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and schedule volunteers.
- Provide training and guidance on expectations and responsibilities.
- Maintain volunteer records and respond to inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on volunteer opportunities.
- Track participation and impact.
- Develop outreach materials and promote volunteer programs.
- Improve volunteer experiences through feedback and evaluation.
Qualifications
- Strong volunteer management and volunteer training skills.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
