Role Description
The Business Specialist is a part-time, remote role supporting clients and internal teams with business and financial analysis, planning, and reporting.
The role involves collaboration with consultants and accounting professionals and preparation of client-facing business materials.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market and business research.
- Prepare business plans, summaries, reports, proposals, and advisory documents.
- Analyze financial and operational data and provide practical recommendations.
- Draft clear business communications and presentations.
- Respond to client inquiries and track follow-up actions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial, operational, and market data.
- Experience in business planning and general business operations.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service orientation and ability to maintain professional relationships.
- Relevant education in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools.
