Role Purpose
Lead marketing and communications activities for the Film Studio asset to support leasing, partnerships, launch readiness, industry engagement, and overall market positioning.
The role is responsible for shaping a strong B2B and industry-facing presence for the Film Studio while ensuring alignment with corporate brand standards, activation priorities, and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications plans aligned with the Film Studio strategy, commercial priorities, and activation roadmap
- Lead B2B and industry-facing positioning of the Film Studio as a destination for production, partnerships, and creative ecosystem growth
- Coordinate marketing campaigns supporting leasing, partnerships, workshops, launch activities, and activation programs
- Develop presentations, communication materials, marketing collateral, proposals, and digital content tailored to external partners and industry stakeholders
- Manage social media coordination, digital presence, website-related content inputs, and communication channels in line with approved messaging
- Support internal and external communication activities across activation phases, including launch communications and milestone announcements
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, promotional events, and industry visibility initiatives
- Support branding alignment with corporate and asset-level standards, including approvals and messaging consistency
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, lead generation support, and communication effectiveness
- Coordinate with group communications, branding, and public affairs functions on approvals, media handling, and messaging requirements
- Support media coordination, PR activities, and external communication requests in accordance with governance processes
- Manage supplier coordination for creative, production, content, and marketing support services
- Support launch campaigns, activation milestones, and public-facing announcements tied to commercial and operational readiness
- Ensure consistency of messaging across commercial, operational, and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Contribute to ecosystem engagement by promoting workshops, partnerships, and industry development activities associated with the Film Studio
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
- 5-7 years of marketing and communications experience
- Experience in entertainment, destination, cultural, B2B, or industry-facing marketing environments preferred
