We're Hiring: Marketing Assistant (Tagalog Speaker) / Lead Auditor (with Graphic Design Skills)
Location:** Business Bay \| Full-Time
We’re looking for a **data-driven multitasker** with a creative edge!
This role blends **lead auditing, CRM management (Bitrix),** and **graphic design** to support our marketing and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit and analyze leads to improve conversion.
- Maintain and optimize records in **Bitrix CRM**
- Create reports using **Excel & Google Sheets**.
- Support marketing with basic design tasks using **Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Canva**.
- Assist in daily admin and campaign tracking.
Qualifications
- Proficient in **Excel & Google Sheets** (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Cleanup).
- Experience with **Bitrix CRM** or similar platforms.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Design experience with **Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Canva**.
- Background in **real estate, marketing, or lead management** is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
