Role Overview
The Marketing Assistant supports marketing activities across the company.
The role supports promotional efforts, marketing reports and budgets, advertising materials, and social media initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to guide marketing strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and support positioning adjustments.
- Develop, localize, and implement seasonal campaigns, activations, and store events.
- Manage content creation across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Meta, and other social platforms.
- Collaborate with influencers and creators to amplify brand reach and engagement.
- Coordinate with brand teams, agencies, mall management, and store staff.
- Support campaign planning, agency briefings, timelines, and budget tracking.
- Oversee photoshoots, video production, and creative asset development.
- Draft Arabic copy for social media, SMS campaigns, and in-store materials for the GCC market.
- Drive in-store footfall and conversion through tactical and brand-led campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare internal reports.
- Use Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and analytics dashboards.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in communications, marketing, and/or public relations.
