- Act as key marketing coordinator between Head Office and businesses to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Execute master marketing calendar and ensure campaigns, launches, and promotions are delivered on time
- Coordinate with Retail, E commerce, and Operations teams for alignment and timely execution
- Visit stores to check execution quality, branding compliance, and campaign implementation
- Plan and execute BTL activities including in store activations, mall events, and exhibitions
- Manage vendors including print suppliers, production agencies, and event companies
- Maintain marketing budget trackers and monitor campaign spend against approved budgets
- Support execution of CRM initiatives including customer lifecycle journeys and loyalty campaigns
- Assist in WhatsApp Business marketing including broadcasts and promotional messaging
- Support customer segmentation based on behaviors and purchase history for targeted campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, retail marketing, or marketing operations
- Experience in WhatsApp Business marketing and CRM based customer engagement
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Arabic fluency (Required)
- UAE Drivers License (Required)
- Willingness to travel between stores

Job Summary
- We are looking for a highly organized and hands on Marketing Executive to support marketing execution and drive customer engagement, retention, and operational excellence across MyShops, MYX, and other MyGroup companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the key marketing coordinator between Head Office and relevant businesses to ensure smooth execution of all campaigns.
- Execute the master marketing calendar and ensure all campaigns, launches, and weekly promotions are delivered on time across digital and retail channels.
- Coordinate with Retail, E commerce, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of all marketing activities.
- Visit stores as required to check execution quality, branding compliance, and campaign implementation.
- Support retail teams with campaign understanding, promotional mechanics, and ongoing marketing updates.
- Plan and execute BTL activities including in store activations, mall events, community events, exhibitions, sampling campaigns, seasonal promotions, trade marketing etc.
- Coordinate with mall management and relevant authorities for approvals, permits, and execution requirements.
- Manage vendors including print suppliers, production agencies, photographers, event companies, and merchandise suppliers.
- Coordinate production and distribution of POSM, packaging inserts, branded merchandise, and other campaign materials.
- Maintain marketing budget trackers across all MyGroup companies and monitor campaign spend against approved budgets.
- Track invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments, ensuring proper documentation.
- Support execution of CRM initiatives including customer lifecycle journeys such as post purchase engagement, abandoned cart recovery, win back, loyalty, and reactivation campaigns.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 2 plus years of experience in marketing coordination, retail marketing, or marketing operations.
- Experience in WhatsApp Business marketing and CRM based customer engagement.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Experience working across multiple brands or retail store networks is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel between stores as required for execution and coordination.
- Preferably have own car and valid driving license.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and execution oriented mindset.
- Experience in retail, e com, or multi brand environments preferred.
Pay
- AED 5,500.00 per month
