Job Title and Reporting

  • Job Title: Digital Marketing and E Commerce Executive
  • Reports to: Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across all digital platforms including Meta, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display & YouTube), TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads etc.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns for: MyShops E com, MyShops Retail, MYX Accessories, MyGroup – Drive brand awareness and increase store footfall.
  • Monitor and improve website performance by conducting A/B testing on landing pages, product pages, ad creatives, and call to action elements.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns for promotions, product launches, customer engagement, and retention.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports covering campaign spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and key recommendations.
  • Coordinate with the Design team by preparing creative briefs, following up on deliverables, and maintaining a creative request tracker.
  • Monitor competitor digital activities, including advertising campaigns, promotions, pricing strategies, and market trends.
  • Set up, monitor, and maintain conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and other tracking tools.
  • Manage Google Merchant Center product feeds, Shopping campaign structures, and maintain product data quality.
  • Support the management of the company's social media pages until a dedicated Social Media Executive joins.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of hands on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or e commerce marketing.
  • Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on page optimization, and basic technical SEO.
  • Experience with email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, campaign automation, and performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Merchant Center, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing reporting tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross functional teams.

Pay

  • AED 4,000.00 AED 4,500.00 per month
