- Maintain a content calendar in coordination with the Marketing and Communications Manager
- Coordinate the delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring assets, approvals, and scheduling are managed
- Manage social media scheduling and channel coordination across platforms
- Photograph and film events, workshops, and community activity
- Create and edit short form digital content for social media
- Maintain organized media libraries and content archives
- Produce regular marketing performance reports and dashboards
- Liaise with teams to process marketing related payments and maintain budget records
Requirements
- Strong problem solving, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Flexibility to travel within the UAE and work evenings or weekends as required
- Experience in content creation, copywriting, and social media management
- Proficiency in English and Arabic copywriting

Role Summary
- The Marketing and Communications Coordinator is responsible for delivering high quality marketing and communications activities.
