Job Summary

  • The F&B Team Leader is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations at VIP private Residences, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational excellence, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on delivering a world class hospitality exp

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all food and beverage service operations, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, discretion, and personalized service are consistently delivered.
  • Monitor daily operations to maintain excellence in food presentation and table settings.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and service teams to enhance menu offerings, seasonal selections, and overall dining experiences.
  • Support the planning and execution of private functions, VIP events, and special occasions, ensuring seamless coordination with the Property Manager and all operational departments.
  • Maintain and continuously improve food and beverage service standards across all assigned properties.
  • Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, pantries, kitchens, service stations, and back of house facilities to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive training programs for Food & Beverage team.
  • Assess staff performance and identify development opportunities to improve service quality and employee engagement.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE food safety regulations, HACCP requirements, Occupational Health & Safety standards, and all applicable legislation.
  • Work collaboratively with the Property Managers for Event Coordination.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of progressive Food & Beverage experience, including supervisory or management roles in luxury hotels, private property or VIP residences.
  • Previous experience serving UHNWIs, is highly desirable.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality service standards.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HACCP, food safety regulations, and Occupational Health & Safety requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with complete discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making capabilities.
