Role Overview
Full-time Marketing Administrative Assistant role supporting the marketing team's daily operations.
The role supports campaign scheduling, content, communications, performance tracking, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule social media posts and promotional content.
- Prepare marketing reports and track campaign performance.
- Respond professionally to customer and partner inquiries.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Support marketing campaigns and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Provide calendar, meeting, correspondence, and general administrative support.
Qualifications
- One to two or more years of experience in an administrative, marketing support, or coordinator role is required.
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong organization, communication, independent working, and multi-priority management skills are required.
- Arabic and English fluency, social media familiarity, and basic digital marketing knowledge are preferred.
- Microsoft Office or Google Workspace proficiency is required.
- Canva, Social Pilot, or Meta Business Suite experience is a plus.
