- Provide dedicated administrative and executive support to senior management
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Maintain confidential records, filing systems, and documentation
- Coordinate office administration and support day to day business operations
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes
- Manage expense claims, invoices, and administrative documentation
- Create high quality PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings, board reviews, and client presentations
- Develop professional reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office applications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in Executive Assistant and Administrative Assistant roles
- Proven experience supporting CEOs, Managing Directors, C Suite Executives, or Senior Leadership Teams
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion

About the Role
