Responsibilities
- Oversee daily marble installation activities, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and in line with project specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate site teams and subcontractors, plan and sequence installation work
- Verify measurements, layouts, and finishes
- Inspect delivered materials, resolve site issues, and communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and suppliers
- Maintain site documentation, enforce safety and housekeeping standards, and support progress reporting, snagging, and handover activities
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of marble, natural stone materials, and installation techniques, including cutting, fixing, polishing, and finishing
- Proven experience supervising construction or fit out sites, preferably in marble, stone, or high end interior finishes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and specifications
- Effective leadership and team coordination skills
- Solid understanding of construction site health and safety practices and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
- Good communication skills in English
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction, architecture, or related field preferred
- Ability to work on site full time in Dubai

Role Description
- Oversee daily marble installation activities, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and in line with project specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate site teams and subcontractors, plan and sequence installation work.
- Verify measurements, layouts, and finishes.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of marble, natural stone materials, and installation techniques, including cutting, fixing, polishing, and finishing.

- Proficiency in basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, site reporting apps); familiarity with project management or CAD tools is a plus.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction, architecture, or related field preferred.
- Ability to work on site full time in Dubai, manage demanding project timelines, and adapt to changing site conditions.
