Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day fitout activities, including coordinating site teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Supervise installation of stone and related finishes, organize materials and equipment, and ensure safe and efficient use of tools and heavy equipment.
- Conduct daily site inspections, identify and resolve technical or coordination issues, and report progress, risks, and resource needs to project management.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain schedules, enforce health and safety regulations, and support handover and snagging processes.
Requirements
- Strong supervisory skills, including leading site teams, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance.
- Practical experience with heavy equipment and site tools relevant to fitout and stone installation.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with management, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Hands on carpentry or related trade skills applicable to fitout works and site adjustments.
- Maintenance skills for basic upkeep, troubleshooting, and minor repairs of tools and equipment.
- Previous experience as a Foreman or Lead Technician in fitout, interior works, or stone installation.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, site safety standards, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to changing project needs.
- Vocational or technical qualification in construction, civil works, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in marble, stone, or high end interior fitout projects is an advantage.

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Fitout Foreman role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The Fitout Foreman will oversee day to day fitout activities, including coordinating site teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
