Manufacturing Systems Developer (2026-054)

2–5 years of development experience (ideally supporting operations, factory systems, test tooling, or similar).

Degree or diploma in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Familiarity with factory systems like MES, PLM, or ERP is a bonus.

You enjoy working directly with others.

You’re curious about how manufacturing works; machines, people, constraints, systems.

You’re great and figuring things out.

You ask great questions, listen well, and propose clean, practical solutions.

You document and test your work.

You take ownership: if it breaks, you fix it.

You’d rather make something reliable than something flashy.
