What You Will Do
- The Manufacturing Team Leader is an integral part of the site and works closely with production employees and those in other departments to drive optimal production results and continuous improvement, while maintaining a safe work environment for all. The Team Leader is ultimately responsible for the operation results and development of employees on shift.
