Manufacturing Solutions Engineer

• Partner with customers to deeply understand their operational challenges, goals, and success criteria — supporting solution architecture for their specific processes
• Work side-by-side with customers and partners to develop, configure, and implement Tulip solutions
• Support delivery of enterprise-level customer projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes
• Build and maintain trusted relationships across customer organizations, from the shop floor to the C-suite
• Provide ongoing technical support to customers, diagnosing issues and driving resolution with urgency and care
• Leverage knowledge of OT/IT systems (MES, ERP, device integration) to guide customers through complex implementation decisions
• Serve as a consistent voice of the customer internally — surfacing insights, patterns, and feedback to Product and Engineering teams
• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes, playbooks, and delivery frameworks

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000 per year.
